Website enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, discovery-call request, or product subscription request, ePATNER collects the name, email, company, timezone, product choice, billing preference, and message you provide. Optional fields can be left blank.

Why and where we use them

We use this information to respond, discuss your requirements, and maintain an enquiry record. Requests are stored on our server, and a notification containing your enquiry details is sent to our internal Telegram group. Telegram is a third-party service and processes data under its own terms. Your request may therefore be processed outside your country.

Retention and access

Website enquiry records are retained on our server for up to 12 months. Information needed for an active engagement or legal obligations may be retained separately. Telegram notification history is managed separately by the group administrators. Access is intended for the people handling your request. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment information, or sensitive business documents through the form.

Your choices

Email hello@epatner.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry, or to withdraw permission for further contact. Tell us your enquiry reference if available. Contractual and legal record requirements may affect deletion.

Sound and website operation

Ambient sound is generated in your browser only after you switch it on. This site does not use advertising trackers or optional analytics. Hosting and security infrastructure may keep technical request logs to operate and protect the site.

Product and contract terms

This notice covers the public website enquiry flow. Product licensing, account data, and business engagements require their own agreed terms. A website subscription request is not a purchase or an activated subscription.
